A little about my story of recovery!
Like many of you, I can relate to you when I tell you about my constant emotional suffering and having to cope with the pain, confusion of why this was happening to me, and loneliness of my relationship status. I was ashamed and filled with guilt from not seeing the RED FLAGS and even after I knew I was in a toxic relationship, I didn't have the mental strength to get out. I was ashamed of even how I got myself there...I didn't want anyone to know what I was going through until the relationship was taking a toll on my health and sanity, I found myself arrested and put in jail for 10 hours over the lies and slander from my toxic partner at the time. I was never so aware of my state of affairs until that night so I gathered every last ounce of strength I had left to fight this toxicity, kicking and screaming if I had too.
I moved my location 3,000 miles away, used all the tools, knowledge, research, and first-hand experience to experiment with countless approaches, actions, and strategies – until I was finally able to shatter the mask, release the toxic bond, and break free.
- I no longer have to “cope” with emotional pain
- I’m no longer triggered by songs, events, and memories
- I no longer feel guilty about saying “No”
- I no longer make excuses for bad/shady behavior
- I’m confident about everything I bring to the table in any relationship
- My boundaries are solid
- I trust my intuition
- The malignant narcissists in my life have simply become irrelevant
I get you. I believe you and everything you’re going through.
Let me help you navigate out of this living hell.
Through all these systems, I have compiled a recovery program that works. Look for my courses on Narcissistic Abuse Recovery and my other Support Programs to help you through this difficult time.

Coaching and therapy are both forms of support that can help individuals make positive changes in their lives. However, there are some key differences between coaching and therapy:
Focus: Coaching generally focuses on helping individuals achieve specific goals, such as career goals, personal development goals, or relationship goals. Therapy, on the other hand, is typically focused on helping individuals address and heal from emotional or mental health issues.
Scope: Coaching is often focused on a specific area of a person's life, such as their career or relationships, while therapy can address a wider range of emotional or mental health concerns.
Approach: Coaching is generally future-focused, and involves setting goals and taking action steps to achieve those goals. Therapy, on the other hand, often involves exploring past experiences and working through emotional or psychological issues in order to heal and move forward.
Credentials: Coaches do not necessarily need to have any specific credentials or training, while therapists are required to have specific education and training in mental health or related fields.
Ethics: While both coaches and therapists have ethical guidelines to follow, therapists are held to more strict ethical standards and must adhere to specific legal requirements.
Overall, coaching and therapy can both be beneficial forms of support, but it's important to choose the approach that is best suited for your specific needs and goals. If you are struggling with emotional or mental health issues, therapy may be the more appropriate choice, while coaching may be more helpful if you are seeking guidance in achieving specific goals or making positive changes in your life.
